This manufacturing device 1 of the test piece is equipped with a discharge means 3 for discharging droplet-shaped solution W, including a specific bonding material from a position separated at a prescribed distance on a carrier 2 onto a prescribed position on the carrier 2, a measuring means 4 for measuring the discharge state of the solution W until the solution W discharged from the discharge means 3 adheres onto the carrier 2, a determination means 5 for determining whether a measuring result measured by the measuring means 4 is within a tolerance determined beforehand, an output means 20 for outputting the determination result by the determination means 5, and a control part 6 for comprehensively controlling each means.
