Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fuel oil feed pipe for an automobile which has a large strength of a pouring part of the fuel oil feed pipe for an automobile and can be easily manufactured, and to provide the fuel oil feed pipe for the automobile.SOLUTION: A process for forming an inlet part 12 of a fuel oil feed pipe 10 for an automobile includes a process of expanding a diameter of a tip part of a metallic pipe and a process of folding and entering the tip part of the pipe of which the diameter is expanded by a prescribed length with a folding jig formed in a curved shape with a curved inner surface and forming a fuel oil feed pipe inlet part inside wall 15 for an automobile on the inside of the pipe. Further, a process of adhering the fuel oil feed pipe inlet part inside wall 15 for the automobile onto the fuel oil feed pipe inlet part outside wall 16 for the automobile on the tip part of the pipe of which the diameter is expanded and a process of forming a screw part 13 on an overlapped part of the fuel oil feed pipe inlet part inside wall 15 for the automobile and the fuel oil feed pipe inlet part outside wall 16 for the automobile are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
