Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of an inflation film composed of an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer which allows stable high-speed formation at low temperatures.
The method is for manufacturing an inflation film composed of an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer. It employs an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer meeting the condition (A): MTV(150)/MTV(190)≥0.6 (wherein MTV(150) is the maximum picking speed, m/min, measured at 150°C; and MTV(190) is that measured at 190°C). It comprises melting and kneading the copolymer in an extruder and carrying out extrusion inflation molding by use of a circular die with a lip gap set to be 0.4-2.5 mm.
