Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a multicolor solid molded article capable of enhancing manufacturing speed, quality and efficiency of the multicolor solid molded article.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a multicolor solid molded article including flowing steps; a master form manufacturing step for preparing a master form of a solid molded article, a planar printing plate manufacturing step for manufacturing a planar printing plate based on calculation data by inputting data of the master form into a computer, a vacuum mold manufacturing step for forming a solid printing plate by vacuum pressing the solid printing plate, an injection molded mold manufacturing step for forming a multicolor solid molded article by standing the solid printing plate in a mold for injection molding and binding the same to a plastic material, a printing coloring step, a vacuum molding step and an injection molding step in this order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
