Abstract:
To eliminate a big amount of investment for a large-scaled positioning system, and to improve productivity by increasing the speed of mask positioning operation.
A transparent substrate 2 on which a transparent electrode 3, a metal electrode 4, and an insulation layer are formed, is kept and fixed to a substrate frame 20. A disposition mask 13 is mounted on the substrate frame 20 by inserting a guide pin 25 to a guide hole 15 of a guide hole 24, and the positioning of the mask 13 to the transparent substrate 2 is made.
