Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a resin molded product having excellent productivity and maintaining a preferable appearance.SOLUTION: A production method of a resin molded product comprises: a molding step for molding a film into a film molded product having a recess part which has a shape obtained by reverse of a salient part of a molding tool, by using the molding tool having the salient part; a filling step for filling a resin in the recess part of the film molded product, for acquiring a filling article having a salient part which has a shape corresponding to the recess part of the film molded product; a positioning step for arranging a punching die 6 comprising a punching blade 7 whose periphery is closed, and an air feeding/exhaust port 10, so that a tip of the punching blade 7 is directed to an opposite direction of a vertical direction, directing the salient part of the filling article 1C toward the vertical direction, then inserting the salient part of the filling article 1C into inside of the punching blade, thereby arranging the filling article 1C to the tip, for determining a punching position; a punching step for punching the salient part of the filling article 1C by using the punching blade 7; and a compression step for compressing a space surrounded by the salient part of the filling article 1C and the punching die 6, by feeding air from the air feeding/exhaust port 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
