Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a three-dimension lamination molded article having high porosity and having a complex structure.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of three-dimension molded article is a manufacturing method of a molded article which includes a first step of preparing a thermoplastic resin, a second step of obtaining a filamentous molding material by softening the thermoplastic resin, and a third step of manufacturing a three-dimension molded article from the filamentous molding material; wherein the third step is a step of manufacturing the three-dimension molded article involving fiber layers being laminated together and having a connection structure of each fiber layer being connected to each other, by forming a fiber layer which is a layer having voids in a surface direction from the filamentous molding material, arranging a collector having apertures on the fiber layer and approximately parallel to the surface direction, further forming the fiber layer on the upper side surface of the collector, and connecting the fiber layers to each other via apertures of the collector by using the filamentous molding material, which are run sequentially and repeatedly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
