Abstract:
To provide a molding product provided with a water cut-off property that can cut-off ingress of water to inside regarding a method for manufacturing an urethane molding product compatible with the place where the product can touch a human body, used for medical, beauty parlor, and barbershop use.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an urethane molding product for medical, beauty parlor, and barbershop use, after preparing two urethane raw liquids that forms continuous bubbles after hardening, and forming a mold comprising a cavity and a core taken from the molding product for an object to be female molds, applies the steps including: a) fixing an urethane film provided with a water cut-off property that can cut-off the ingress of water to inside, flexibility, and unevenness property in a tensioned state so as to cover the upper surface of the cavity and the core of the mold; b) preparatory heating the mold in the range of 40°C-80°C and sucking it by a vacuum sucker to adhere it to the bottom; c) accelerating the foaming reaction of urethane while heating the two urethane raw liquids, and taking out the molding product after curing and hardening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
