PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of vehicle-use lens with moisture- proof coat film not affecting badly while the moisture-proof coat film painting is painted also to the masking tool when it is painted to the painting surface and even it drops on the tool face and fits to the lens moisture-proof coat film forming surface.
SOLUTION: When the moisture-proof coat film is formed on the vehicle lens 18, it must be set and adjusted with the painting tool 24 by keeping the lens film forming face downward and facing the paint blowing direction upward from the lens bottom. Also, the painting tool should be box-shaped having the opening at upper cover, the above lens 18 is set right on the opening and the box small inner space must be air-conditioned at low humidity. Beside, the painting tool should possess the function to accept the lens and masking function for forming the moisture-proof coat film 27 within the necessary area for the lens. And also the painting work for forming the hard-coat film 29 can be done at the exterior surface of the lens when the lens is set to the painting tool.
