Abstract:
The present invention provides a ship propulsion apparatus, which is possible to collect axial flow energy generated by rotation of a propeller, and a ship. The ship propulsion apparatus comprises: a propeller formed on a stern portion; and a duct at least partially positioned on a wake side of the propeller and having a central line along a rotating axis of the propeller, wherein the duck has a wing shape with respect to a cross section having the central line and has equal to or less than 5 degrees of an angle formed by a code direction having the wing shape with respect to the central line.
