Abstract:
A mask system for non-invasive positive pressure therapy of sleep disordered breathing includes a shell, a quick release mechanism, a cushion, a cushion retaining mechanism, a ball & socket and an adjustable headmount with straps. The system stabilizes the shell in position on the face applying only minimal force to the face. The mask system is comfortable and easy to use.
