To provide a master for heat-sensitive stencil printing in which adhesive strength between a film and a porous resin membrane of the master is strong and they are hardly released with each other and in addition, tensile strength is strong and elongation is small without losing such characteristics as excellent quality of image and less setoff.

The master for heat-sensitive stencil printing characterized by providing the porous resin membrane on the face of a thermoplastic resin film and laminating a porous fiber membrane consisting of a fibrous substance on the surface and forming a thin membrane on the face of the film side of the porous resin membrane so as to adhere closely thereto is provided.
