Title:
MAT WASHING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11188192
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide the miniaturized mat washing machine of a simple structure capable of effectively removing even dust which enters the root part of flocked fibers on a mat surface.

A first squeezing roller 3 is arranged oppositely to a guide part 2 provided on the tip side of a guide table 1 and a mat to be washed is clamped between the squeezing roller 3 and the guide part 2. Behind the first squeezing roller 3, a second squeezing roller 4 to be in press-contact with the first squeezing roller and rotated is arranged. A brush roller 5 opposing the first squeezing roller is arranged between the opposing part of the first squeezing roller 3 and the guide part 2 and the press-contacting position of the first and second squeezing rollers 3 and 4. Since the need of upper and lower feed rollers required in a conventional washing machine is eliminated, the number of parts for constituting this washing machine is reduced and the structure is simplified.
