Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meandering prediction system capable of further accurately predicting meandering of a plate material causable in rolling time.SOLUTION: The meandering prediction system comprises an acceptance part for accepting an actual value ΔPof a difference load of rolling rolls 11 and 12 and an actual value Δσof difference tension of a plate material 2 on the outlet side of the rolling rolls 11 and 12 and an arithmetic operation part for calculating a calculation value ΔPof the difference load and a calculation value Δσof the difference tension. The arithmetic operation part is constituted to calculate a meandering quantity Yof the plate material 2 and a level difference ΔS of the roling rolls 11 and 12 by a numerical model. The meandering prediction system further comprises an output part for outputting a calculation result of the meandering quantity Yof the plate material 2 and the level difference ΔS of the rolling rolls 11 and 12 at a point of time of ΔP=ΔPand Δσ=Δσ.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
