Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate a removal of fixing means by a method wherein friction reduction agent with less flowability is applied to the tapered surfaces contacted to each other which are found at the tapered fitted positions of tapered fitting members composed of an inner ring and an outer ring. CONSTITUTION:The titled fixing means is composed of a combination of an inner ring 3 and an outer ring 2, and molybdenum disulfide 30 is coated on an entire circumferential central area at the tapered surface 31 arranged at a cylinder 32 of the inner ring 3. Fastening bolts 5 are inserted into a plurality of through- pass holes 34 formed at a collar 33 arranged in the inner ring 3, and in turn each of the fastening bolts 5 is threadably engaged with the threaded holes 22 formed in the thick-walled part of the outer ring 2. The collar 33 is provided with a pair of through-pass threaded holes 35, the removing set bolts 6 are threadably engaged with the through-pass threaded holes 35 and the extremity ends of the set bolts 6 are abutted against the end surface of the outer ring 2.
