Abstract:
To provide a measurement method or the like that can properly evaluate cells.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a measurement method for electrically measuring a cell 99 cultured with a cell culture chip 100. The cell culture chip 100 has a body part 10, a cell separation film 13, a first electrode 21, a second electrode 22, a third electrode 23 and a fourth electrode 24. The measurement method calculates electrical characteristics of the cell 99 on the basis of the size and phase of impedance when an AC voltage having a predetermined frequency is applied to between the first electrode 21 and the second electrode 22, between the third electrode 23 and the fourth electrode 4, between the first electrode 21 and the fourth electrode 24, and between the second electrode 22 and the third electrode 23, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4C
