To provide a molding that is excellent in initial surface glossiness and easily maintains the initial surface glossiness.SOLUTION: A melamine cocondensation resin contains a cocondensate of melamine, benzoguanamine and formaldehyde. The ratio of the melamine to the benzoguanamine is, in mass ratio, [melamine/benzoguanamine=60/40 or more and 70/30 or less]. The ratio of the formaldehyde is, in molar ratio, 1.4 or more and 1.7 or less to the total amount of the melamine and the benzoguanamine.SELECTED DRAWING: None
