Collective reading means 61, 62, 31 and 32 collectively read each unaccounted order data which is stored in an order file 330 F, and total calculating means 61 and 62 calculate the total of each unaccounted order data which is collectively read. Unaccounted information storing and controlling means 61 and 62 store unaccounted information which includes the calculated total in an unaccounted information storing means 63M. Output controlling means 61 and 62 output the read unaccounted information from the means 63M based on a request. The means 61 and 62 then output the unaccounted information which is created by utilizing the order data that is stored in the file 330 F in a station 30. Thereby, an entire operation state in a store can rapidly and accurately be grasped.
