Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mesh for a nebulizer which has a plurality of through-holes for atomizing and jetting liquid therefrom, in which the diameter of jetted droplet particles can be sufficiently reduced by appropriately controlling the size of the through-holes, and which has an increased manufacturing yield by suppressing variations in the amount of spraying for each product, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: In a mesh for a nebulizer and a method for manufacturing the same, the mesh for a nebulizer is used to atomize liquid in a nebulizer for atomizing and jetting the liquid, and has a plurality of through-holes 17. A cylindrical space part 174 of the through-holes 17 is formed in one surface of the mesh for a nebulizer, and an opening 172 which widens in a cone shape is formed in the other surface.
