The metal filter is made from a metal and includes a flow-in surface in contact with a liquid, a flow-out surface formed at a position opposed to the flow-in surface and a liquid discharge hole penetrating through the flow-in surface and the flow-out surface and having a taper like shape so that the diameter on the flow-in surface is larger than that on the flow-out surface, wherein the liquid discharge hole is formed to discharge the liquid with a fixed pressure to a liquid flow-out port.
