To attach an antenna to a guardrail of a veranda or the like by easy work.
A rear surface of a metal fixture 11 is brought into contact with one surface of a lattice of a guardrail, and a surface of a metal pad 12 is brought into contact with the other surface of the guardrail. A clipping bolt 13 inserted into a slide hole 12c from the rear surface of the metal pad 12 is inserted into a long hole 11d formed in the metal fixture 11 through the lattice. The front end of the clipping bolt 13 projecting from the long hole 11d is inserted through a flat washer 14 and a spring washer 15 and then has a nut 16 fastened thereto. In this case, the head of the clipping bolt 13 is fitted into a recess 12b of the metal pad 12 and cannot be rotated. A front surface of a protrusion 11b wherein the long hole 11d is formed, of the metal fixture 11 is beyond a surface of a cap piece thicker than the lattice.
