Abstract:
PURPOSE: To carry out the cutting of a woven cloth along a cutting mark without stopping a loom.
CONSTITUTION: A full roll (4B) at a woven cloth winding position (P1) on a loom is transferred to a full roll temporary storage position (P3) on a cloth roll conveying cart 12 with a transferring arm 18 and a hand 21 on the cloth roll conveying cart 12. The empty roll (4A) is held with the hand 21 and arranged so that a woven cloth (W) between the empty roll (4A) and the full roll (4B) may cross a cutting region of a cutter 28. An empty roll rotating motor 23 is attached to the hand 21 and the empty roll (4A) on the hand 21 is rotated by the operation of the empty roll rotating motor 23. A cutting mark sensor 29 is attached to a bar 27 supporting the cutter 28 and the cutting mark pulled out of the full roll (4B) by the rotation of the empty roll (4A) is sensed with the cutting mark sensor 29.
