PURPOSE: To perform fitting up surely and to automate welding by placing a skin member on the top of a transferse member or a floor member held vertically, holding a longitudinal member and pulling it to the transverse member or floor member.
CONSTITUTION: A face part 16 is placed on a supporting bar 15. After adjusting a nipping jig 8 to a specified height by a hydraulic cylinder device 7, the cylinder device 7 is brought near to hold a specified position of a transverse member 1. A skin member 23 fitted with a longitudinal member 24 is placed on the transverse member 1, and the longitudinal member 24 is held by closing a clamp. On the other hand, a slide bar 33 is stretched, and a hooking jig 34 is hung on the lower face of the face part 16. When the longitudinal member 24 is pulled toward the transverse member 1 by operating the hydraulic device, contact part 36 of the skin member 23 and transverse member 1 is fitted up.
