Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for forming an ultrafine fiber which can easily and stably produce an ultrafine and long fiber in a large amount.SOLUTION: A molten resin formed in a resin heating part 102 is discharged from a molten resin discharge nozzle hole 103a in a molten resin discharge nozzle part 103. A high-temperature gas flow formed by heating gas in a high-temperature gas flow generation device 105 is blown out from a high-temperature gas flow discharge nozzle hole 104a in a high-temperature gas flow discharge nozzle part 104. A fibrous resin formed by drawing the discharged molten resin with the blown-out high-temperature gas flow is collected in a fiber collection part 200. The molten resin discharge nozzle hole and the high-temperature gas flow discharge nozzle hole are provided in such a manner that both axial directions of the molten resin discharge nozzle hole and the high-temperature gas flow discharge nozzle hole are parallel to each other. Both nozzle hole openings are arranged within one circular discharge nozzle face 106. There is formed a spinning nozzle tip part 107 which is inclined in such a manner that a discharge nozzle face diameter is increased from the molten resin discharge direction of a molten resin discharge nozzle toward an opposite side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
