Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject apparatus capable of directly and efficiently sending noncellular biological materials into living cells by installing a multipurpose valve between the outlet of an air source under pressure and the inlet of a storage space of a propellable matter.

CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose valve 70 is selectively communicated with a gas source 30 under pressure, or, if needed, between a propellable matter source 20 and a storage space 40 of the propellable matter. The multipurpose valve 70 is selectively communicated also with the storage space 40 of the propellable matter and a delivery means 50, or, if needed, a recovering means 60.
