The alignment mark 23 of a copper clad laminated sheet 21 and the alignment mark 31 of a translucent plastic film 29 are photographed by a CCD camera 9 equipped with an imaging part 3. At this time, the mark 23 of the copper clad laminated sheet can be recognized by changing the quantity of light of an LED 11 even if it is overlapped with the translucent plastic film 29.
