Abstract:
To produce a porous body having desired open pores.
The apparatus for producing porous bodies includes a position adjustment means 12 to adjust the position of a fiber having the same shape as a desired shape, a feed means 13 to feed the molten material for the porous body, a shaping means 14 to introduce the fiber adjusted in the position with the position adjustment means and coat the fiber with the material fed from the feed means to shape the outer shape of the porous body, and an elimination means 16 to eliminate the fiber coated with the material by the shaping means to obtain the porous body.
