Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for transferring double-bagged tea bags from a tea bag subdividing machine on one track to a re-processing machine on two tracks.
SOLUTION: Supplied tea bags 1 are mounted onto a transfer table on two tracks from a supply position to alternately left and right by combination of swinging and tilting and further transferred on two tracks. A swinging device 8 provided on a swing shaft 16 equipped with a bag housing 7 for keeping the tea bag 1 inversely standing, a swing driver for swinging the tea bag 1 in the bag housing 7 alternately left and right by 90°, a tilting device for tilting the tea bag 1 to a lying position at both terminal positions of the swinging device 8 and one bag feed slider for respectively sliding the tea bag 1 onto two tracks extending in parallel on the transfer table are provided, while the transfer table is equipped with a transfer means for transferring the tea bags 1 to a re-packing machine.
