Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method of coating the opening part of a plastic tray in which foodstuffs and the like are stored with a biaxially elongated polystyrene film, which heats and tightly seals the projected part at a high temperature simultaneously with the thermal deposition of the film at the flange thereby improving the appearance of said tray.
