Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for collecting an organelle and a protein from a cell, which can collect in large quantities without impairing a function and a form of the organelle and the protein.SOLUTION: A method for collecting an organelle or a protein from a cell comprises contacting an electrolytic cathodic solution to the above cell. Within 30 minutes after making the electrolytic cathodic solution, the electrolytic cathodic solution is contacted to the cell for 1 to 10 minutes. The cell is selected from the group consisting of Euglena, a mammalian cell, and E. coli.
