Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling dwelling for preventing collision of a screw.
SOLUTION: A speed command Pc output from a differential amplifier 30 is sequentially compared with a speed command Vc from a position controller 26 with respect to amplitude relation by a comparator 31 based on a deviation of a detected injection pressure Pf from a set injection pressure Ps. A changeover switch 32 is operated by an output from the comparator 31, and the speed command of smaller value of the commands Pc and Vc is input to a speed controller 27 to drive an injection servo motor 2. When filling of resin becomes insufficient so that a resin pressure in later half of the injection does not arrive at the set value Ps, the command Vc < the command Pc is satisfied. Further, since the command Vc from the controller 26 becomes '0' at the stage of arriving the screw at a target position so that a positional deviation becomes '0', the screw is automatically stopped at the target position to prevent collision of the screw with a cylinder.
