Abstract:

To provide a method for well controlling delivery of warps, corresponding to tension of the warps, and preventing generation of weaving bars on a woven fabric.

The method for controlling a warp-delivery device for delivering warps by driving a motor energizing a warp-wound roll includes, when the correcting unit rotation angle Ts includes no rotation speed regulation term changing the main shaft rotation number N per unit time, a stationary term warp delivery control step for controlling, based on a speed correction amount, a delivery motor drive at the next correcting unit rotation angle Ts following to a correcting unit rotation angle Ts, and, when the collecting unit rotation angle Ts includes rotation speed regulation term, an instable term warp delivery control step for controlling the delivery motor drive at the next correcting unit rotation angle Ts following to the correcting unit rotation angle Ts, based on another instable term warp delivery speed correction amount than the speed correction amount.
