Abstract:
PURPOSE:To judge quickly a faulty location by comparing the detected value of an input/output signal at each split block of a hydraulic control system with a reference value to obtain the polarity and detecting the faulty location in response to the polarity. CONSTITUTION:A detection signal of blocks of the hydraulic control system suck as an amplifier block A, hydraulic operation block B, spool block C and a cylinder block D is inputted to a faulty deciding logic circuit 21 of a fault detector 20, each detection signal is compared with the reference signal at first by a comparator circuit 21-1 so as to discriminate positive or negative polarity, and the resulting polarity is inputted to an AND circuit 21-2. A faulty pattern is decided in the AND circuit 21-2 based on a fault discrimination criterion stored in advance and the decided fault detection signal is outputted. The fault detection signal is displayed on an alarm display device 22 and an alarm is raised. Thus, the faulty location of the hydraulic control system is detected.
