Abstract:
To provide a method for quickly, easily, highly sensitively and quantitatively isolating and detecting Legionella bacteria.
The Lesionella bacteria can be well isolated from samples containing microorganisms other than the Lesionella bacteria and impurities and can be quickly, easily, highly sensitively and quantitatively detected by using capillary isoelectric electrophoresis.
