Abstract:
To provide a method for determining optimized torque distribution for wheels of a road vehicle.SOLUTION: A method for determining torque distribution (AWDS, RLS, RLS') comprises the steps of: determining a table (ST) of distribution of the torque between a front axle and a rear axle; determining a second table (ST'') and a third table (ST''') of distribution of the torque between a right wheel and a left wheel of the rear axle and of the front axle, respectively; detecting the current longitudinal dynamics (Ax, Vx); using the first, second and third tables (ST', ST'', ST''') to determine current values of first (AWDS), second (RLS) and third (RLS') distribution factors, respectively, based on the current longitudinal speed (Vx) and on the current longitudinal acceleration (Ax) of the road vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
