A curved shape of a nozzle-carrier face device 17 is adjusted in the direction orthogonal to the traveling direction S of a web W by an adjusting screw 31. That is, the nozzle-carrier face device 17 has a curved shape in the direction orthogonal to the traveling direction S of the web W. Thus, the web W is pulled in the width direction by air sent by passing through a nozzle opening part 15 in a nozzle structure 17. Blowing air is sent to a nozzle chamber 16 from a block chamber formed of a frame structure 11 to be blown off from the nozzle opening part 15. This blowing air forms a pressure area on a carrier face KP, and this carrier face KP supports the web W to carry the web W without contacting with the carrier face KP.
