Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve efficiency on treatments for charging the raw materials of MISO (salted and fermented soybeans paste).
CONSTITUTION: The method for automatically and continuously charging the raw materials of MISO to produce the MISO comprises mixing steamed soybeans in a prescribed feeding amount per unit time with salt in a prescribed feeding amount per unit time, delivering the salted soybeans, mixing the salted soybeans with a malt in a prescribed feeding amount per unit time, and simultaneously delivering the mixture as charging raw materials. The automatic charging device comprises a steamed soybean-feeding device 1, a salt-feeding device 2 and a malt-feeding device 3 on whose load cells 7 measurers having delivering means are disposed, respectively, a salted soybean-feeding device 4 connected to both the steamed soybean-feeding 1 and the salt-feeding device 2, and a charging raw material-feeding device 5 connected to both the malt-feeding device 3 and the salted soybean-feeding device 4.
