Abstract:
PURPOSE: To cut a large diameter steel tube being already constructed such as steel tube support pile, steel tube sang guard pile, steel tube sheet pile used for steel tube well process, etc.
CONSTITUTION: The device is provided with a fixed frame 3 locked in a steel tube 2, a rotary frame 4 supported to the fixed frame 3, an air plasma torch 11 arranged on the rotary frame 4, the air plasma 11 is arranged on the rotary frame through a holding mechanism so as to always keep the gap of the tip part to the corresponding steel tube inner wall surface constant. By rotating the air plasma torch 11 in the steel tube, the steel tube is cut from inside.
