Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exfoliate letters and other graphic products and/or unnecessary portion associate therewith accurately from a carrier sheet automatically.
SOLUTION: The method and device according to the present invention to fabricate graphic products from a sheet material layer on a carrier sheet works with data to represent the contour of the applicable item stored with possibility of being read mechanically for cutting away the product from the carrier sheet. The arrangement includes a supplying mechanism to supply sheet material and a joint web in such a condition that they are adjoining to a heating head, which has a plurality of heating elements to be individually operated selectively, and thereby the joint web can be heated for its unnecessary portion specified as to be removed or over the whole heating region which is patterned and covers that portion of sheet material mating with the graphic item, and subsequently the applicable portion of the sheet material fixed to the joint web is exfoliated from the carrier sheet.
