PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of the presence of the risk for increasing the pressure of inflammable gas and a large-sized device at a high cost, for assuring safety for increasing the pressure.
SOLUTION: A gas with increased pressure is obtained by suctioning the gas at first, together with water using a pump 10 and afterwards separating the gas from the water.
