Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance detection unit for determining that the performance of a fuel oil unit in an APU is in a stable phase, a decline phase, a serious decline phase or a failure phase.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a method for performance detection of a fuel oil unit in an auxiliary power unit APU. The method comprises the steps of: obtaining APU messages at multiple time points within a certain time period; obtaining operation parameters of the fuel oil unit in the APU on the basis of the APU messages, the operation parameters including at least starting times STA; calculating an average value AVG and a deviation index δ of the starting times STA within the time period; and determining on the basis of the deviation index δ that the performance of the fuel oil unit in the APU is in a stable phase, a decline phase or a failure phase.
