To provide a method and device for producing wrapped food having an inner material wrapped with an outer skin material.
In a method which produces wrapped food having an inner material with an outer skin material, a flat outer skin material 3 is positioned on a mounting member 34 having an opening 33 to cover opening 33, and moved so as to make the center position of the outer skin material 3 coincide with the center position of the opening 33 formed of a plurality of openable/closable shutter pieces 37 through the closing operation thereof. A nozzle member 43 for supplying the inner material 11 is forced to relatively descend so that the peripheral edge of the outer skin material 3 is held in a gap with the mounting member 34 by a sealing member 47 included in the nozzle member 43. The outer skin material 3 is gradually expanded downward by supplying the inner material 11 thereinside from the nozzle member 43. After the supply of the inner material 11, the nozzle member 43 is relatively raised. After the relative rise of the nozzle member 43, the peripheral edges of the outer skin material 3 are gathered to the central part to be sealed with respective shutter pieces 37.
