Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining a bias parameter for a heterogeneous network including a small cell to be placed under a macro cell, the macro cell, and one or more user devices (UE).SOLUTION: A base station of a small cell includes a step for determining a loading state of a macro cell, and a step for setting a bias parameter on the basis of the determined loading state. In a method for determining a cell border window (CBW) of the small cell, the small cell is placed under the macro cell, the small cell has a plurality of attached UEs, the UEs are divided into inner cell UEs and border cell UEs, and the base station includes a step for determining a difference value on the basis of availability values of the inner cell UEs and the border cell UEs, and a step for adjusting the CBW on the basis of the difference value and a threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2B
