Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment diagnosing method suitable for evaluating the effectiveness of an improvement of equipment, and to provide a method for operating an equipment diagnosing tabulation system, and a tabulation system for diagnosing the equipment.
SOLUTION: A reception steam total amount Qi and a required steam total amount Qo are grasped. The total amount of steam loss to be eliminated by an improvement of prescribed equipment is grasped as improvable steam loss total amount. Based on the grasped total amounts, the ratio of the total amount of improvable steam loss in the total amount Qx of an uncertain steam being a difference between the reception steam total amount Qi and the required steam total amount Qo is obtained as an improvable uncertain steam rate Kts. Or an uncertain steam rate Kx and a post-improvement uncertain steam rate Kxx are obtained. Or the uncertain steam rate Kx and an appearance post-improvement uncertain steam rate Kxx' are obtained.
