Abstract:
To provide a method for producing nucleic acids encoding VH or VL catalytic receptor.
The method comprises the following steps of: (1) synthesizing a library of conserved VH or VL receptor-coding DNA comprising at least 103 different VH or VL receptor-coding DNA homologues by separating the repertory chain of conserved VH or VL receptor-coding DNA and treating the separated chain with a first and second polynucleotide primer; and (2) separating VH or VL receptor-coding nucleic acid encoding catalytic receptor from the library.
