Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a core winding web roll by a facility compact in structure and low at cost as a method to extract the core winding web roll from a winding shaft.
SOLUTION: A winding shaft 11 setting a web roll extraction roller 13 a head part of which is slightly projected outward and an axis of which extends inclined against a winding axial line in roller holes 12 formed on an outer peripheral part with equal intervals around the winding axial line and in the winding axial direction is rotated through a rotational drive mechanism in a direction where a core winding web roll 22 receives moving force in an extraction direction (arrow 27) through rolling contact with the web roll extraction roller 13 in a state of constraining rotation of the core winding web roll 22 by pressing a hand 23 on an outer periphery of the core winding web roll 22.
