Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the efficient conveyance of a form by a master truck by a method wherein one master truck and a plurality of servant trucks are employed so as to convey a servant truck, on which a form placed with concrete therein is installed, to the front of a curing chamber and convey a servant truck, on which another curing-finished form is installed for going back or a servant truck going back after the unloading of a different form, from the front of another curing chamber.
SOLUTION: A form 1 placed with concrete is conveyed to the end of a form conveying passage 3 so as to be placed on the bed of a servant truck 51 in order to be loaded to a master truck 41, which is run to the front of a curing chamber 22-1 so as to run the servant truck 51 unloaded from the master truck to the back of a traversing truck 31 and, after the form 1 is lowered from the servant truck in the state spreading over a groove 32, the servant truck goes back to the end of the traversing track 31 in the curing chamber 22-1 on a longitudinally running track 11 side and stands by. The master truck 41, from which the servant truck 51 is lowered to the curing chamber 22-1, runs to the front of a curing chamber 22-6 without waiting the lowered servant truck 51 for coming back so as to load a waiting different servant truck 51 in order to run the servant truck 51 beneath the form 1 on a form conveying passage 3, resulting in loading the servant truck 51, of the bed of which the form 1 is placed. Thus, the master truck 41 can efficiently convey the forms 1.
