Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely form a protective film on the area to be protected and to easily and rapidly release the film.
CONSTITUTION: A protective film 5 is formed to transiently protect the coated surface of a finished car 1. In this case, a sheet-shaped protecting member 6 provided with an adhesive is stuck to the peripheral parts to be protected, of the hood 2, roof 3, trunk lid 4, etc., then the area enclosed by the member 6 is spray-coated with a liq. appearance protecting agent, and the protective film 5 is formed on the coated faces from the coating layer 7 of the agent and the member 6.
