Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of granulating a CNT powder capable of mass-producing a high quality granulated product of the CNT excellent in energy saving properties and work saving properties by a simple method of adding an aqueous resin, preferably an aqueous resin diluted with water as a binder to the CNT powder while mixing.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: The method of granulating a carbon nano-tube includes: a stirring process of stirring a CNT powder in a granulator; an aqueous resin-diluting process of diluting an aqueous resin with water; a mixing and granulating process of mixing to granulate while adding a low concentrated aqueous resin solution obtained by the aqueous resin-diluting process gradually by a small amount to the CNT powder stirred in the stirring process; and a drying process of drying a granulated product obtained in the granulating process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
