Abstract:
To effectively improve steam heating efficiency in a heating step of heating a heating object using steam via a metallic material involving neither reduction of production efficiency nor a large-scale replacement of facility.SOLUTION: On improving a steam heating efficiency by addition of a condensed water film formation-suppressing amine in a heating step of heating a heating object using steam via a metallic material, an addition amount of the condensed water film formation-suppressing amine is controlled based on any of the followings; a concentration of the condensed water film formation-suppressing amine in a drain, a drain pH, a drain electric conductivity, a drain amount, a steam amount, a drain temperature, a metallic material temperature, and a metallic material elution amount in the drain.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
